Involves taking things apart and putting them back together again.
I learnt today to get your tamariki empowered you have to trust that they are doing what they are meant to be doing.
- Introduce one device at time
- Allow students to explore and try new things in their learning
- Give students choices
Computational thinking is a set of problem-solving methods that involve expressing problems and their solutions in ways that a computer could execute.
Children need to know how to read and write code
The new DT Curriculum is “about teaching children how to design their own digital solutions and become creators of, not just users of, digital technologies, to prepare them for the modern workforce.”

Our task after lunch was to Create a digital story to reflectively answer either of the following questions
We didn't quite get finished or answer the questions. I can see how this would inspire children to write their own stories using scratch.
