Watching tamariki competing against each other in these technologies and engineering challenges.
The questions I asked myself were:
- Have I prepared them enough to face these challenges?
- What else could I have done to prepare them more?
- What would I do differently next year?
- Are they aware or know all the language in the challenges
My tamariki handled themselves well. I was so proud of them as a teacher they showed perseverance
they did not achieve some of the challenges, they didn't give up, they kept trying and enjoyed themselves. They had so much fun they wanted to stay and watch the next lot of tamariki. So we stayed.
